Charles Bayo Sanni is a well-seasoned banker of great repute who has developed broad competencies in investment management with expertise in funds and treasury management.
He is also highly rated and experienced in organizational reforms and turnaround management having led teams in addition to being a member of teams that successfully repositioned and restructured companies for effective and greater efficiency.
He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees both in Economics from the University of Jos and University of Lagos respectively with an MBA in Management from ESUT Business School. He is a member of notable professional bodies and he has been trained in Management and professional areas both locally and internationally by reputable organizations which include Lagos Business School, KPMG, London School of Investment among others. He is a recipient of the University of Jos scholar award in 1989 and the Afribank prize for the best graduating student in Economics in 1990.
Charles has about 30 years of professional work experience in diverse areas across the financial services sector which include Treasury Management, Credit & Risk Management, Structured Finance, Retail Management, Marketing/Business Development, and Banking Operations. He has worked at executive, senior and management levels in various organizations which include Meridien Equity Bank, former Equity Bank (now Access Bank), Societe Generale Bank and NBM Bank (a subsidiary of Belgolaise Bank, member of Fortis Group), and other financial institutions like Trustfund Pensions as well as the energy and maritime sectors.
He was the pioneer Managing Director/CEO of GTB-AM Pensions Limited (now Investment One Pension Managers Limited) before joining Triumph Partners. He is a training facilitator, financial adviser, and pension consultant.
