Okwudili is a Senior Vice President in Cowry Asset Management Limited and is currently a Divisional Head, overseeing Proprietary Fixed Income Trading, Information Technology, and the Up-country Branches. Prior to joining Cowry in 2008. He was the head of the Banking Applications Unit of Spring Bank Plc (now Heritage Bank). He was directly responsible for Finacle banking application implementation and data conversion/migration from the six legacy banks that merged to form Spring Bank Plc. He is an infrastructure software systems specialist with vast experience in core banking application deployment, customizations, and support. His career spans over 19 years either as an investment banker or software engineer, and has seen him work in these other organizations: Computer Warehouse Group, ACB International Bank Plc, Assurance Bank Ltd, Future View Financial Services Ltd, First City Monument Bank Plc. Okwudili is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and was an overall 1st Prize award winner in the Institute of Chartered Stockbrokers (CIS) exams in September 2003 diet. 

He is also an authorized dealing clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited. He holds an MSc in Finance from Lagos State University Ojo Lagos and a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. He is an Oracle Certified Database Administrator (OCP DBA) and IBM AIX-Unix Operating Systems Administrator.
